The Girdwood Forest Fair

One of my favorite things we did while we lived in AK was attend the Girdwood Forest Fair. It has to be my favorite hippie fair I've ever been to. It is fun to eat the fair food, listen to the music, and walk around the booths, but it is also fun to people watch at this fair.

This year we went with the Atkinsons and the Tylers (who live in Girdwood). We parked at the Tyler's house and took a path through the forest to get to the fair. I felt like a local. Then after a fun day at the fair we went back to their house for dinner. It was fantastic.

We made sure to grab a family photo and then a photo of the boys too.
