Aside from going to the zoo, Bear Lake, Dustin's Eagle Court of Honor, and the Moore Reunion there was plenty of other fun things we participated in.
The first was the baby blessing for Andy's cousin Christian. He was born on my birthday (May 26th) and it was so neat that we were able to be there for his blessing. Five of seven brothers in Brig's fam were able to be there. It was pretty cool to see them all up there in the circle during the blessing.
I totally should have got a picture of Christian in his blessing outfit. It was darling. Charity had made him a little white tie to wear.
I did get a shot of him modeling his sweet monkey hat though.
Christian has 4 older sisters that just adore him.
And Andy just adored our dog Barkley while we were there for our visit. He would wake up in the morning or from his nap and go looking for Barkley. When we first arrived at my parent's house Andy quickly figured out how to play tug o' war with Barkley and would play it with him whenever he could. One time he even got down and had the blanket in his mouth too.
I mentioned before that my dad purchased a bike trailer so that the grandkids could ride in it. Well, they got a helmet to go with it, and Andy thought it was great. He walked around the house one day with it on because he liked it so much.
It just so happens that the day he decided he wanted to wear his helmet was the day we were opening presents. We gave Yeon Mi and Chase their baby presents and Yeon Mi and Chase had a present for Andy that they never sent up back around Christmas.
Chase felt it was mandatory to try on little Brooklyn's new hats.
One day we found a Pikachu backpack in my youngest brother's room and of course Andy thought it was awesome. He was so cute walking around the house with it on. Mostly because it was almost the same size as he was.
And when my cousin Andrew showed up for a quick visit we made sure to get a picture of the Andrew Jon's. They both have the same first and middle name. (Well, Andrew's is Jonathon... and Andy's is just Jon.)
On a little side note: That Real Salt Lake jersey that Andy has on was given to him by his Grandpa Greg. My family went to one of the games the night we flew in from AK and this little jersey was sitting on the steering wheel of the car they dropped off for us.
