My whole family [minus Chase...he's on a mission] was there, along with my Barney grandparents, Brig's parents, my sister-in-law MaKell, and our neighbors the Bouchers.

The delicious food....mmm

- My mom made Grandma Hicken's Raspberry Dessert for my birthday cake, and Nicole, Melanie and Dustin all sang a special birthday song for me!
- The party ended with a rousing game of Ninja Destruction [pictured below] and a watching of the movie, "Forever Strong."

For the curious:
Ninja Destruction is a game where everyone places their hands in the middle of a circle. One of the players calls "ninja destruction" and everyone poses. The player who called "ninja destruction" goes first. The object of the game is to hit the other players hands to get them "out."
Once you strike, you remain in the position you ended up whether or not you hit someone's hand. Play moves in a counter-clockwise fashion. You may only move if it is your turn or you are avoiding another player's strike. Once you move, either striking or avoiding, you must hold still. Last player standing wins.
