It has been tradition as long as I can remember to open a Christmas present on Christmas Eve and it is always...you guessed it....pajamas. It seems that every present opened on Christmas Eve turns out to be pajamas. However, within the past 5ish years my mother has made the whole family matching Pj's. Usually she makes some kind of flannel bottoms and then get's the boys matching shirts and the girls matching shirts. This year was no different (except my mother didn't make them this year). Every single member of our immediate family received the same exact Texas Longhorn Pj's, excluding size of course. Even Barkley got to join in the fun this year with a Texas doggy sweater.
Another tradition is going to a movie Christmas day as a family all dressed in our matching Christmas pj's. Just imagine all 9 of us strutting into the Movies 5 in our matching Texas Longhorn Pj's. As we entered a lady sitting behind us said, "Let me guess...you're from Texas." That's what she thinks! Nicole and I were born in Texas while my father was going to school, and most of our Hicken cousins reside in that state as well, so naturally....we love Texas!
Enjoy the collage of Longhorn love and funny picture poses!
